Yeah! Under 1500! After dinner we all got in the pool for about an hour. So we also got some good excercise.

Robyn gave me an awesome receipe to cook squash. I took a picture of it because it looks like something that dad WOULD NOT be allowed to eat! Jacob loved it, and dad did too! So he got to take a bunch of this to work today. Here it is......

Yay for Robyn's squash recipe!! :) I'm glad to hear both boys liked it! I bet you would have, too, if you had tried it!! :P

So..I'm wondering: Did you put jelly on an egg mcmuffin?? Ewww!! Haha!

Looks like you calculated the calories SOOOOO good, and I'm really proud of you for doing so well with your dad. Doesn't it feel good to get that close to 1500?? What's the coolest is when you sort-of accidentally get to the target calories exactly on the nose! That's happened to me a few times, and when it does I'm like, "DANG, I'M GOOD!" Haha! I bet you'll do that soon enough...and you'll see that it is an oddly victorious feeling! LOL!

Keep up the great work. You're doing REALLy awesome. :)

So, just out of curiosity...how is Daddy-O doing weight-wise these days? Can you believe it's already been a year since you started this blog??!! I can't!
